 Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.




  1. Stop comparing yourself to others. - look in the mirror and find one thing you love about your self and take pride in it and work from that part out .
  2. Don't worry about others' opinions. - focus on what you love about you and what your truth is . Don’t take other’s opinions as law or as a foot print on how to see who you are as a person . Understand most people who talk down on you are often envious and want to see you stay miserable and unhappy.
  3. Allow yourself to make mistakes. - understand it’s ok to be imperfect, no one is perfect your going to make mistakes and learn lessons while trying to learn to love & create you .
  4. Remember your value doesn't lie in how your body looks. - although we might be attractive and bring a lot of attention that is only just the outter shell. the value you should search for should be inside . characteristics that make you a beautiful person to be around . Or how you change the environment around you.
  5. Don't be afraid to let go of toxic people. - a lot of times the folks around us aren’t on our team they are our biggest down fall and will keep us stuck in a dark place . when it’s your time to elevate, you’ll start to notice the people around you will change some for the good in some for the bad . Choose and filter through people who bring you negative energy vs positive energy . Anyone who makes you feel anything bad or wrong about who you are is not for you . Those who love you encourage and cherish you are those who deserve to stay and enjoy you . 
  6. Process your fears. - understand what your afraid of . Figure out what holds you back and makes you feel unsafe or worried. Once you learn your fears you will master how to face them and grow from or out of them .
  7. Trust yourself to make good decisions for yourself. - make sure that you believe in yourself 100%, if you’re not sure about your decision, get a second opinion first, go to the person you trust the most to go to the most logical person in your life.
  8. Take Every opportunity life presents or create your own - make sure to spread your wings and find positive things to do, get a new hobby, learn something new that will benefit your future, meet new friends, join a book club or a work out team, or you can pursue your own dream that you have been so scared to start on you are the master of your own destiny take a chance on yourself.
  9. Put Yourself First - do what’s best for you or invest in only what will generate the best outcome for you . 
  10. Feel Pain and Joy as Fully as you can - understand what hurts , where the hurt is coming from and how to work on accepting the challenges of these emotions and finding way to move forward.find the happiness that makes you heal and feel everything is going to be ok .
